APDSE Union Meeting-Regular General Standing Membership Meeting

Since the organizing campaign to certify the Association of Professional Disabled Service Employees, Union meetings were impromptu because most of the energy and resources were directed towards negotiating the Collective Bargaining Agreement and other legal matters. After three years of contentious, hostile, first contract negotiations between the APDSE and DCRC, the Union's efforts have culminated in a fully executed Collective Bargaining Agreement, which is posted on this website. Through the efforts of the APDSE, a more pro labor union Executive Director was employed by DCRC.

Henceforth, the APDSE's priority shall be to build a strong, informed membership, united in solidarity. How will this be achieved? This goal will be obtained through holding regular standing general membership meetings, direct, one on one meetings with each individual member of this Union, updating the Union bulletin board in the DCRC Break Room, and ongoing membership engagement.
